Where's the rest of it?

On the table in a garage. Don't worry, it's getting put back together as soon as my new bearings arrive. And damn, were nominal ones a bitch to find.

I've been to a gym before. The odds of you putting that weight where it belongs is approximately 0%.

I have extra motivation because it'd be damn hard to start the engine without that bit. :P

Yup! 650cc, inline twin, 24hp. And that's the upgraded engine from the original 600cc 21hp one.

Can it go up inclines?

Surprisingly, yes. It doesn't feel nearly as underpowered as it logically should. Up until 4th gear it easily keeps up with modern traffic.
